Refund policy
The Fitting Bay returns policy:
You may cancel your order without penalty prior to the product shipping. Products cancelled or refused after shipping will incur shipping and handling charges as well as a 20% restocking fee. Our Products may be returned within the first 15 days after purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products must be new, unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Refund is only allowed if you have a valid reason approved by The Fitting Bay within 15 days from receiving the product.
A store credit can be given after the 15 day period has lapsed. In any case, you must bear the shipping cost of the product return first. Initial shipping fees paid are not refundable.
The Fitting Bay offers 12 months factory limited warranty on a 'defective product' against defective material and/or workmanship unless the merchandise has been sold with final sales notice or discontinuation notice. Software and third party accessories are not subject to this warranty.
A 'defective product' is one that is (1) not normally turning on and off, (2) has made the car it is installed on dangerous to operate or inoperable with visible fault or warning displayed on dashboard instrument cluster, or (3) display is no longer functional as a result of a flaw or imperfection on material or product itself.
We will repair or replace the defective product if needed. We reserve rights to refuse this service in the cases of (1) Damage caused by Undue wear & tear, dirt, misuse, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident. (2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyer return the items to us. (3) If the item was disassembled or repaired by an unauthorised person/party. Software including your data is not under warranty.
For final sales and/or discontinuation notified item(s), we only guarantee that the product is free of defect for 14 days from its delivery date unless specified by presiding terms and conditions, and will offer only a repair or a replacement in the same product. It is not refundable for final sales items in any circumstance.
The buyer must pay for the cost of any shipping fee for warranty service at their expense. We do not issue prepaid shipping labels. If the returned item is not applicable under warranty, the buyer will be responsible for all of the costs including, but not limited to, the repair and/or replacement costs and custom duties and taxes if incurred by the buyer's actions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
